Merry Christmas to all of our guests who have stayed with us this year. We have had an amazing year with guests from all over the world and New Zealand.
Brendon and I have enjoyed our year meeting and looking after people from all walks of life. Excitement is building for Christmas with our 8 grandchildren very excited about Father Christmas arriving tomorrow night. The joy and the wonder is infectious and we are looking forward to spending some special time with them. Our latest granddaughter Matilda was born 10 days ago so we have cause for much celebration.
We close on Christmas day until the 4th of January, if you are looking for a special treat or a couple of days to unwind and relax in a bed and breakfast we do still have a few vacancies in January. Akaroa is a lovely place to explore, there are a variety of walks , some fantastic boat tours, dolphin watching, sailing and of course some great cafes for food and wine.
